Your login keeps working

Existing usernames and passwords from the ordering app are accepted here — no forced password reset. The first time you sign in, we send a one-time email verification to confirm the address on the account. Verify once and you're in.

Can't verify your email — it changed, or you never had one on file? Contact your sales rep and they'll get you set up.

Your account comes with you

Once verified, your login is connected to the same customer account you order under today — your pricing, your ship-tos, your part numbers, your order history. Company account roles (who can order, approval limits, PO requirements) carry over from the app.

TPC employees go through the same sign-in and get customer visibility appropriate to their role.

Nothing from the app is lost

Saved lists, negotiated pricing, notes, contacts, and full order and quote history migrate to our live database. Anything that only existed in the app is preserved for reference even where the new site does things differently.

QR codes keep scanning

Printed QR labels from the app continue to work: scanning one opens that item's page on this site, as long as the item is still an active ID in our system.
